Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information. This page describes those rights and explains how to exercise them.

Do We Sell Your Personal Information?
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are not a data broker.
We use Google Analytics (via Cloudflare Zaraz) for site analytics. This service processes anonymized usage data subject to Google's own privacy policies. This does not constitute a "sale" under CCPA.
Your California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to Know — You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
- Right to Delete — You may request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct — You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — We do not sell or share personal information, so this right is not currently applicable. If this changes, we will update this page.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us by email or phone. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. You may submit a request on behalf of yourself or on behalf of a minor child in your household.
We will need to verify your identity before processing a request. For most requests, providing your name and the email address associated with any prior contact with us is sufficient.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you.
